Foie Gras de France: Provenance You Can Trace

Maison Michaël is produced in France for the EU and Middle East, and in an FDA-approved plant in Canada for the Americas. Our ducks are raised to certified organic standards and fed a controlled, cereal-based diet — primarily French-grown corn — in keeping with strict husbandry and feeding protocols.

No GMOs and no antibiotics are used at any stage. This ensures full traceability, animal-welfare compliance and consistent premium quality — the finished liver showing a beige-pink to ochre colour, a supple yet firm texture, and a clean characteristic aroma.

French origin defines our methods, our partnerships and the quality expected from every product bearing the Maison Michaël name. Provenance is not a marketing line; it is the reason the product can be trusted.
