Origin and Control: The Standards Behind the Flock

Our ducks are raised to certified-organic standards on a French corn-based diet, with no GMO and no antibiotics. These are not marketing adjectives; they are the conditions under which a bird enters our supply chain at all.

Production is organised in two facilities: in France for the European Union and the Middle East, and in an FDA-approved plant in Canada serving North America, South America and the Canadian market. Same standards, same supervision — the geography follows the customer, the discipline does not change.

Every case can be traced back through the chain — farm, facility, supervised run, seal. Full farm-to-case traceability is what lets us put both a rabbinical certification and a health agreement number on the same label and stand behind each.
